
Just because it is winter doesn't mean you can't walk, run or exercise. But here is a few tips:
Dress warm including hat and gloves. Layers work well. Wear shoes or boots with good traction because the winter can get icy. If it is rainy, too cold or too icy out do you exercising inside. You can always put on your favorite music and dance.
Most importantly remember to stay active! And how about asking for running clothes, sport stuff, or exercise mat for Christmas?
